M Sand : The full form of M Sand is Manufactured Sand also known as crushed sand or manufactured fine aggregate. It is a substitute for river sand for construction work. It is manufactured by crushing rocks, quarry stones or larger aggregate pieces into sand size particles in a factory or quarry. Crushed sand has a cubical and angular shape. M-Sand differs from natural river sand in its physical and mineralogically properties.

M Sand Properties :

The shape of Crushed sand is Cubicle and Angular and has a rough texture and hence it is better for concrete. It does not contain silt as it is manufactured by crushing aggregate.

It doesn't contain any moisture. When it is used in concrete the setting time of concrete is comparatively faster .

The compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete made from M-Sand are higher than natural sand.

It has better quality as compared to natural sand because it is manufactured in a controlled environment.
AGGREGATE : AGGREGATE CRUSHING PLANT
Aggregate crushing plant is known as crushing plant. It crushes stone and mines which are the basic need of the building sector. So, the main material called aggregate is manufactured and made ready for use.
Aggregate crushing plant is formed by the cooperation of many different machines and equipment. This facility – which can also be defined as a stone crushing facility – generally consist of feeder, crusher, screen, spiral sand washer and belt conveyors.
Aggregate is the small-sized stone pieces used to make concrete that is a fundamental element of construction industry, to create or construct a structure today. Therefore, aggregate is an essential material for the construction of all structures.
The raw material required for aggregate can be extracted from the sea, stream beds or mines. Aggregate constitutes an average of 70% of the specific weight of concrete and is generally obtained by crushing and processing the minerals such as granite, basalt, limestone, marble in crusher facilities.

Hoppers
The Material (stone to be crush or reduced in size) is fed/kept into a Hopper which is either made by civil construction or Fabricated. This stored material fall into the processing equipment for further process

Hoppers features are high strength and adequate design to contain materials to be processed and to deliver continuously up to last stone. Hence increases productivity of Plant.
Hoppers are made from high quality ultrasonically tested steel plates (IS:2062). Reinforced fabricated steel-structure This ready to fit fabricated structure quickly and easy fitting and erection at site.
Grizzly Feeders
Grizzly (Vibrating feeder) is generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveys big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities by means of screening bars fitted with Two Nos of Unbalanced vibro motors. As necessary equipment, it can effectively regulate the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant as well as stops the feeding in case of sudden power failure/ breakdown so it prevents from over feeding / choking of primary crusher.
